Few slimes make this barren wasteland their home, but those that do have adapted to be resistant to radiation, intense heat, and a lack of food.
The day side which faces the parent star is a sienna-colored sandy desert, constantly bombarded by radiation from the parent star but free of the virus present on the night side. The landscape is dotted with purple-yellow trees, icy cliffs and frozen methane lakes. The planet itself is phase locked to its star (the same side always orbits the planet's "Sun".), meaning the planet is permanently divided into 2 sides: the night side, (facing away from the parent star) a frigid, icy landscape with stunning auroras and slimes adapted to the near-absolute zero temperatures, such as the star god's spawn, the borealis slimes. An entire year on Astrophobia takes only 1 Earth month.
The player is notified by a Starmail letter from the 7Zee Corporation. Astrophobia is an entirely new planet that can be accessed only through a spaceship found on Space Station Astrokyanos, once 75 in-game days have passed.
